We shed light on how U.S. administrations have engaged with the principal dimensions of the Palestinian issue, comparing Republicans and Democrats and examining the fundamental differences and similarities in how they have handled these files. We also address whether there is any reason for Palestinians to place greater hope in the victory of one party over the other.
